Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine’s May-December sentiment is making some serious waves in the authority trailer for The Possibility of You.
In light of Robinne Lee’s novel of a similar name — which isn’t Harry Styles fanfic! — the Great Video film (debuting Thursday, May 2) stars Hathaway as Solène, “a 40-year-old single parent who starts an unforeseen sentiment with 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Red, White and Imperial Blue’s Galitzine), the lead vocalist of August Moon, the most smoking teen pop band in the world,” peruses the authority summation.
” At the point when Solène should step in to chaperone her teen girl’s outing to the Coachella Live concert after her ex bails without a second to spare, she gets an opportunity experience with Hayes, and there is a moment, evident flash.”
“As they start a hurricane sentiment, it isn’t well before Hayes’ whiz status presents undeniable difficulties to their relationship, and Solène before long finds that life in the glare of his spotlight may be beyond anything she could have expected,” the depiction proceeds.
Besides, there’s the age hole, with Solène demanding at one point in the trailer that she’s excessively old for Hayes — not that that prevents them from energetically making out against a piano, in a rear entryway, and so on.
Ella Rubin (Max’s Tattle Young lady) and Reid Scott (The Sublime Mrs. Maisel) co-star as Solène’s girl, Izzy, and her ex, Daniel. Balancing the cast are Annie Mumolo (Barbie, About a Kid the series), Perry Mattfeld (In obscurity), Jordan Aaron Corridor, Mathilda Gianopoulos, Meg Millidge, Raymond Cham Jr., Jaiden Anthony, Viktor White and Dakota Adan.
The Possibility of You was coordinated by Michael Showalter (Fair warning), who likewise adjusted the book with Jennifer Westfeldt (Kissing Jessica Stein).
