The Derby Room at 3230 Hamner Ave., Suite 401, Norco, which was ordered closed Jan. 21 because of insufficient hot water, was allowed to reopen Jan. 28.
Un Mundo De Sabor at 9085 Mission Blvd., Suite A, Jurupa Valley, which was ordered closed Jan. 23 because there was no power, was allowed to reopen Jan. 28.
Water & Ice at 9011 Mission Blvd., Jurupa Valley, which was ordered closed Jan. 23 because there was no power, was allowed to reopen Jan. 28.
